Stanley T. Weiner, Chairman and CEO is a 30 year veteran of the oil and gas industry, has explored, drilled and operated oil and gas properties in the United States and in South America. He founded STW Resources based upon his conviction that reclaiming and reusing frac and produced waters was both an economic and an environmental necessity. Mr. Weiner has had a long and distinguished career as an entrepreneur having founded and served as president and CEO of Molecular Solutions, LLC, and was founder and CEO of Weiner Investments, Inc, and American Crude, Inc.

Robert J. Miranda, CFO, has over thirty-five years of professional experience, encompassing accounting, auditing, business turnaround, finance operations, and management consulting. He is knowledgeable with a wide variety of industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, government, real estate, aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer products, distribution, engineering and construction, financial services, healthcare, and technology in both the private and public sectors for domestic and international organizations. Since August 2007, Mr. Miranda has been the managing director of Miranda & Associates, a professional accountancy corporation that has offices in San Diego and Newport Beach, California ("Miranda Associates"). From March 2003 through October 2007, Mr. Miranda was a Global Operations Director at Jefferson Wells, where he specialized in providing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews for public companies. Mr. Miranda was a national director at Deloitte & Touche where he participated in numerous audits, corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Miranda is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has over 35 years of experience in accounting, including experience in Sarbanes- Oxley compliance, auditing, business consulting, strategic planning and advisory services, making him a well qualified candidate to serve as the Company's CFO. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Balqon Corporation (BLQN) from October 2008 through October 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Victory Energy Corporation (VYEY) from May 2009 through December 2011. He served as chairman of the board and audit committee of Victory Energy Corporation from December 2011 to October 2013. Since February 2012, Mr. Miranda has served as chief financial officer and director of Saleen Automotive, Inc. (SLNN). Mr. Miranda has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a certificate from the Owner/President Management Program from the Harvard Business School and membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a certified public accountant licensed in California.

Joshua C. Brooks, VP of Operations, is a veteran of the Construction and Energy Industry. At STW he participates in business development, management of the STW heavy equipment fleet, as well as construction projects. In addition to performing the responsibilities of Vice President, Brooks has provided capital investments in STW. Mr. Brooks has owned and operated several construction and heavy equipment related businesses. Joshua and his companies have managed construction projects for state, federal, and municipal clients, as well as projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. One such company Brooks acquired in 2007, Dufrane Nuclear Shielding Inc.(www.dufrane.com) specializes in the field of temporary radioactive waste storage modules and special purpose shielding in applications for military, utilities, research and the DOE. Mr. Brooks holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA and has the following certifications: Massachusetts State Construction Supervisors License. (Unrestricted), Massachusetts HIC registered contractor, OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification, Rail works Supervisory Leadership & Management Training, Security awareness training, BNSF, UPRR & Tacoma Rail safety training, and Virginia Class (A) Builders License (heavy highway, masonry).

Adam Jennings, President of Pipeline Division, was most recently Operations Supervisor of Maintenance and Construction for DCP Midstream, where he was responsible for the construction and maintenance of 12,000 miles of natural gas pipelines and overseeing a multi million dollar annual budget, while supervising over 20 employees and up to 200 contractors. He is a Veriforce certified evaluator in the most relevant tasks, and has managed many skilled pipeline construction and repair crews. Prior to DCP Midstream, Mr. Jennings worked at Freeman Construction and Holloman Corporation, where he operated a wide variety of heavy equipment, managed equipment operator teams, and successfully administered employee safety practices.

Allen Murphy, President of STW WAter Process & Technologies,  Murphy, a water industry expert, joined STW from Bob Johnson & Associates, an engineering firm. Alan brings 20+ years of extensive industry experience to various municipal, industrial and commercial water & wastewater treatment facilities in consulting, design, engineering, procurement, operations, management and complete project oversight & construction throughout State of Texas. He has in-depth technical knowledge about various innovative technologies, especially different types of membrane filtration systems, thermal technologies, Water Recovery, Reuse, Reclamation Processes, brine discharge treatment systems and others.

Murphy has been involved in the “hands-on” design, build and/or maintenance of over 300 water reclamation and municipal facilities in Texas and over 700 systems worldwide. Alan has been intimately involved with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in co-developing pilot policies and procedures.  Alan is a TCEQ Certified Level 3 Water Treatment Specialist. Alan also has established relationships with top tier engineering firms.
 

D. Grant Seabolt, Jr., Esq., Sectretary and In-House Counsel, is an "AV" rated, 30-year law practitioner and Principal of the Dallas, Texas Seabolt Law Group, where he advises entrepreneurs, start-up companies and mature companies in sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance. He is a noted arbitrator and was designated a "Credentialed Distinguished Mediator." Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Seabolt served as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate (attaining rank of Colonel in the Reserves) and as a Division Attorney with The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Seabolt holds the following degrees: LL.M (Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law, with highest honors), National Law Center, George Washington University, 1984; J.D., Univ. of Alabama School of Law (Bench & Bar Honor Society), 1979; and B.A. (Accounting), Birmingham-Southern College, 1976.

Joseph I. O’Neill III, has almost 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He currently serves as Managing Partner of O’Neill Properties, a highly regarded Midland, Texas oil and gas producer. Mr. O’Neill is the Chairman of the Board of Texas Oil & Gas Association and is a Director of the Petroleum Club of Midland. He has served on the boards of numerous industry, civic, academic, political and charitable institutions. He is a graduate of Notre Dame University and formerly on the Board of Directors and a past President of the Notre Dame Alumni Association.

The Honorable Bill Carter is a former Member of the Texas House of Representatives (1984-2003) and is Chairman of the Texas Public Safety Committee. In addition to receiving the 1997 American Legislative Exchange Council Legislator of the Year Award, Carter has received numerous state and national awards, including Outstanding Legislator Award from the Texas Chiropractic Association, the Legislative Excellence Award from the Texas Head Injury Association, the Greater Dallas Crime Commission Crime Fighter of the Year, the Outstanding Legislator in Texas from the Texas Association of Regional Councils, and the Presidential Achievement Award from President Ronald Regan.

Paul C. DiFrancesco Mr. DiFrancesco has twenty-five years of diversified experience in investment banking, securities trading, and investment management. During his career, he has completed debt and equity financing transactions, led mergers and acquisitions, and managed research, sales, and trading departments. Prior to Ascendiant, Mr. DiFrancesco was a Co-Founder to and President of Decision Capital Management LLC, an asset management firm which offered a versatile range of alternative investment strategies. He was also Senior Managing Director of Preferred Capital Markets, and Managing Director and Investment Committee member of Apodaca-Johnston Investment Group.

Manny Birnbaum’s career spans 30 years in power generation and industrial business. His experience ranges from Senior Management positions at Westinghouse Electric Corporation to high tech start-up operations, power plant control, and electronic manufacturing services in both domestic and international markets. He currently serves on the Board of ZBB Energy Corp., a public company engaged in the design and manufacture of energy storage solutions to the renewable energy and electric utility markets.
